High Fiber, Higher Metabolism!

Regularly eating foods that are low in fat and high in fiber will aid you greatly in boosting your metabolism because they require more of your body’s energy to break down and digest. Some great sources are apples, grapefruits, berries, avocados, broccoli, asparagus, lentils, black beans, oats, barley to name a few.
